Teacher Accreditation Application Form

Application for official accreditation and registration as an IACHI Teacher after you have successfully passed your teacher's assessment at any level. If you are applying as a teacher for the first time, please complete a Teacher Agreement Form between you and the International Association of Chiron Healers Inc. (IACHI). If you have already submitted a signed agreement, there is no need to submit a new one.
