IACHI ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

DATE     – Sunday 18 October 2026

TIME     – 7.00 pm DST, 6.00 pm AEST, 5.00 pm Taiwan,
                9.00 pm New Zealand

Our 2026 IACHI Annual General Meeting will be held Online via Zoom 

Pre-Registration is necessary to confirm your voting status, Voting Motions will be prepared and sent to all voting members well in advance and will need to be returned by a Set Date for counting.

Committee elections require all Nominations to be completed early, confirmed and sent out to all voting members in advance of the AGM - this is to allow them to be returned well before the actual scheduled AGM date.

All financial Members will receive the following documents by email:
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Nomination Form
Notice of Proxy
Minutes of the AGM 2025
Annual Report 2026

Please read and complete these Forms by either of the following means:
* electronically completed and returned by email or
* printed out, signed, scanned then emailed or
* printed out, signed and returned via post - see below.

Whichever way you choose, please return them the the Secretary promptly to allow adequate time for them to be processed prior the the AGM date.

If anyone has any difficulty returning these documents, please contact secretary@iachi.com and we will make other arrangements.

A bit about the legalities and rules:

·       Financial Non-Professional and Professional Practitioner and Life members receive the full AGM material and are entitled to vote.
·       Associate members are welcome to attend the AGM
but have no voting rights.

·       The AGM starts at 7:00 pm DST, Sunday 18 October 2026
Online by Zoom.

By Pre-Registering you will automatically be sent a Zoom link to attend the AGM.

Your Nomination and Notice of Proxy forms must be received by the nominated date on each Form 25 September 2026 , either by
