Fee Structure for Annual Gathering - Explanation:
Dear Members,
We would like to inform you of a modest increase in the registration fee for this year’s Annual Gathering. This is the first adjustment to the fee structure in several years. Over time, the costs associated with hosting the Gathering have steadily risen, and we now find it necessary to revise the fee to ensure we can continue offering a high-quality and inclusive event.
The increase will help cover essential expenses such as translation services, extended event duration, and back-end technical support required to run the event smoothly. These additions reflect our ongoing commitment to making the Gathering accessible, professionally delivered, and valuable for all members, regardless of location or language.
We thank you for your continued support and understanding as we take this step to sustain and improve the Gathering experience for everyone.
Warm regards,
Your IACHI committee
