IACHI ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Date: Sunday Evening 17th October 2021
Time: 7.00 pm DST / 6.00 pm AEST
Venue: Online ZOOM Meeting
Our 2021 Annual General Meeting will be an Online event as unfortunately a physical AGM is not possible this year.
The AGM will be held using the ZOOM platform. The procedure will be the same as for last year's AGM. Pre-Registration is necessary to confirm your voting status, Voting Motions will be prepared and sent to all voting members well in advance and will need to be returned by a Set Date for counting.
Committee elections require all Nominations to be completed early, confirmed and sent out to all voting members in advance of the AGM - this is to allow them to be returned well before the actual scheduled AGM date.
All the required Forms may be printed out, signed, scanned then emailed back
or printed out, signed and returned via post - see below.
Either way, please allow time for them to be received by the Secretary.

A bit about the legalities and rules:
· Financial Non-Professional and Professional Practitioner and Life members receive the full AGM material and are entitled to vote.
· Associate members are welcome to attend the AGM
but have no voting rights.
· The AGM starts at 7:00 pm DST, Sunday 17th October 2021
Online by Zoom.
By Pre-Registering you will automatically be sent a Zoom link to attend the AGM.
