I like to sit with you and listen deeply. I am a sensitive and relational practitioner, tuning in to what you say, what you don't say and your unique sensitivity. I bring the natural world, creativity and expressive arts into my practice to support our work together.
I am passionate about supporting people to become grounded, connected to their core self and discovering their deeper truth. This supports the discovery and development of people's strength and wisdom, supporting the movement toward wellness on all levels.
I have over 25 years experience in the healing arts. Chiron Healing® has been a solid foundation in my work. With a background in psychotherapy, allied health and welfare I am able to attune and listen attentively to your need on a deep level.
