a) Friend Membership - Any person interested in the Association may join as a Friend Member.
Friend members receive all editions of the IACHI newsletter for the current year.
Friend members are not entitled to vote or hold office.
A separate application form is enclosed for Friend Membership.

b) Associate Membership - Any person may join I.A.C.H.I. as an Associate member provided they have completed a Chiron Healing® Level 1 seminar with an accredited teacher. (This category is primarily designed for students undertaking Chiron Healing® studies).
Associate members receive an additional technique insert in their newsletter.
They are entitled to attend meetings, to vote and to hold office.
A separate application form is enclosed for Associate Membership.

c) Practitioner Membership - Any person over the age of 18 years may join as a Practitioner member provided they have attained a minimum qualification of Chiron Healing® Pre-Practitioner Certificate 1.
Chiron Healing® Professional Practitioner (Certificate 2 & 3) members will need to maintain Practitioner membership in order to retain their Chiron Healing® Professional Practitioner status.
Practitioner members can also receive an additional technique insert in their newsletter.
They are entitled to attend meetings, to vote and to hold office.
A separate application form is enclosed for Associate Membership.

d) Teacher Membership - Any person over the age of 18 years may join as a Teacher member provided they have attained a minimum qualification of Chiron Healing® Teacher Certificate 1.
Chiron Healing® Teachers must qualify as a Chiron Healing® Professional Practitioner (Certificate 2 or higher) member, for a minimum of 12 months, as part of their Chiron Healing® Teacher qualification.
Qualified Chiron Healing® Teachers will need to maintain Teacher membership in order to retain their Chiron Healing® Teacher status.
Any qualified Chiron Healing® Professional Practitioner (Certificate 2 or higher) member may apply for a Teacher Membership providing all pre-requisites have been met.
Teacher members may only teach Chiron Healing® seminars or workshops up to the level of I.A.C.H.I. accreditation obtained.
Teacher members can also receive an additional technique insert in their newsletter.
They are entitled to attend meetings, to vote and to hold office.

Please contact the IACHI Secretary for further information on how to become a Chiron Healing® Student Teacher or a qualified Chiron Healing® Teacher.

Copyright - All Qualified Chiron Healing® professional Practitioner and Teacher members are required to sign an agreement to abide by the I.A.C.H.I. Code of Ethics and for the limited use of registered Trade Marks and/or copyright materials, before they are issued with their Membership Certificate.
You will be notified and sent a copy of the agreement if this applies to you.

General Information
- Please complete forms in English, and print your responses clearly.
- All questions must be answered. If not applicable to you, please write N/A.
- All certificates and other academic qualifications are to be certified by a qualified person (e.g. a Justice of the Peace - J.P.) to the effect that "This is a true copy of the original document".
- To avoid delays in processing your application, please make sure that the information provided on your application is complete and accurate and accompanied by the required documentation.
- Application fees (in Australian currency) must accompany your application form.
- Make cheques payable to "I.A.C.H.I." or International Association of Chiron Healers Inc.
- If any documents are to be returned, please include a stamped, self-addressed envelope, and indicate clearly which documents you want returned.

Membership
Complete the relevant membership application form in full and forward with payment, by post or fax, to the IACHI Secretary at the address listed on the form.
Applications forwarded by Email unfortunately can not be accepted.

Please give full details and contact numbers.

Section B - Nomination
Nominations are to be completed by two (2) IACHI Association members or one (1) IACHI Association member and one current character reference, no more than 12 months old, written in English.

Section C - Professional Qualifications
Please state all relevant professional qualifications obtained (e.g. Degree, Diploma, Certificate, etc.) and enclose a certified copy. (See above) Academic and other qualifications obtained in non-English speaking countries must be accompanied by a translation performed by an Australian Government accredited translation service, or equivalent. Recognition is given for prior learning where relevant qualifications have been obtained from accredited courses and institutions, and supporting documentation is included.

Section D - Chiron Healing® Studies
List all seminars, workshops and courses attended (e.g. Basic, Level 5, etc.)
Include Teacher's name and qualification, location and date of seminars. Supporting documentation should be included wherever possible.

Section E - Professional Memberships
Please include certified copies of membership certificates.

Section F - Curriculum Vitae
A current curriculum vitae is required from all professional Practitioner and all Teacher applicants. Please include this with your membership application.

Section G - Declaration
Please sign and date your application before returning it to I.A.C.H.I.

Section H - Master's Permission
To acknowledge the spiritual nature of Chiron Healing®, all applicants applying for a new level of professional Membership (i.e. Practitioner and Teacher Certificates) are required to send a written request to use the Master Chiron's work to Jan Thomas, who in turn seeks approval from Spirit.
A separate request is necessary each time a new level of certification is reached. Requests may also be sent (by mail or fax only, as the applicant's signature is required) to:

Payment
All payments are to be made in Australian currency. Please enclose cheque, bank draft, postal order or credit cards details for the correct application fee with your Membership Application form.
N.B: Credit card payment is available. Do not send cash through the mail. Please note that there is a separate item box for dual Practitioner / Teacher membership.

Refund Policy
If for any reason at all your application is not approved, 25% of the pre-paid application fee will be retained by I.A.C.H.I. to cover administration costs.

General Information

The International Association of Chiron Healers Inc. (I.A.C.H.I.) is a non-profit organisation representing the Chiron Healing® profession worldwide. It was formed in Queensland, Australia, in May, 2000, with the aim of uniting Chiron Healers from all parts of the globe. I.A.C.H.I. acts as a world umbrella organization overseeing the development and growth of an ever expanding body of knowledge.

As the body responsible for accreditation and registration of Chiron Healing® Practitioners and Teachers, I.A.C.H.I. recognizes the need for official government recognition and registration for its members and continues to strive towards achieving this goal.

The Association also caters for lay people, as reflected in its various membership categories, and is open to anyone who has an interest in Chiron Healing®.

Aims
I.A.C.H.I.'s aim is to foster and promote the professional status of Chiron Healing® in Australia and overseas so it becomes an integral part of the natural and alternative health care deliver systems available to the public.

Accreditation and Registration
The Chiron Healing® course content and all modules are currently being re-structured or developed to comply with current regulations.
Through an internal accreditation and registration system, I.A.C.H.I. members (as well as members of the public) are assured of high standards of education, competency-based training and demanding codes of practice.

Practitioner and Teacher Training
I.A.C.H.I. provides structured training courses for both Practitioners and Teachers of Chiron Healing under the auspices of the Australian Energy School of Chiron (A.E.S.C.) It also provides ongoing education and support for its members so they may achieve the highest standards of professional practice and conduct. I.A.C.H.I. is currently conducting courses in eight countries.
Academic and practical Competency Assessments are conducted for all levels of training.

Certificates
Upon acceptance, Associate, Practitioner and Teacher members are issued with an I.A.C.H.I. *Certificate of Membership indicating the level of accreditation achieved. All students undertaking I.A.C.H.I. courses are issued with Attendance Certificates for modules completed as proof of attendance and study hours. Membership certificates are not issued to 'Friend' members.

*N.B. All accredited Practitioner and Teacher members are required to sign a copyright agreement for limited use of registered Trade Marks and copyrighted materials prior to the issue of a Certificate of Membership.

Health and Safety
I.A.C.H.I. believes that official regulation of all health care professionals is needed to ensure that public health and safety is protected. I.A.C.H.I. Members must uphold minimum standards of competency and adhere to a stringent Code of Ethics.

Continuing Education
I.A.C.H.I. arranges seminars and workshops to enable ongoing professional development for its members, and to ensure access to the latest developments in Chiron Healing® knowledge and techniques.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Annual Gathering
In September/October of each year, Chiron Healers are invited to come together for a three and half days seminar known as the 'Annual Gathering' conducted by Cheironia Pty. Ltd. In a relaxed, informal and friendly atmosphere, participants have the opportunity to learn the most up to date information, share common experiences, renew friendships and enjoy social interaction with their colleagues. Anyone who has completed the basic 'Chiron Healing® Level 1' course is welcome to attend, whether or not they are a member of I.A.C.H.I.

Accredited professional members will receive a sample copy of the I.A.C.H.I. information brochure, which is currently being produced.
